Join our instructor, Noel Smith , for instruction in "Mixed Martial Arts". Noel offers his students no-nonsense lessons to build essential skills in the five ranges of combat: weapons, kicking, kick-boxing, trapping, and grappling.
When:\\Fall Season: Early September through Mid December - Sorry, Mixed Martial Arts has been cancelled for this season.
Winter Season: January through End of April.
Times: 6:30 pm til 8:30 pm every Monday
